Logging In

The Login Page provides a secure login functionality with password protection. It also supports two-factor authentication when enabled. To log in, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your username and password.
  2. Click on the login button.
  3. You will be redirected to the custom dashboard page.

Username and passwords for the Traxsense administrator will be emailed to the designated user.

Forgot Password

If you need to reset or recover your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature. Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the Login Page.
  2. You will be redirected to the forgot password page.
  3. Enter your email address and select your preferred method for password recovery.
  4. Click submit to initiate the password reset process.

The following message will be displayed:

Click on the Ok button to return to the Login screen.

An OTP will be emailed to you to reset your password.

Click on the Reset Password hyperlink and the user will be redirected to the web URL to complete the password reset process.

Enter the OTP and create a new password in the text box provided, then click on the Submit button, the following message will be displayed:

Click on the Ok button to return to the Login screen.

Clickable Help Center

The Clickable Help Center link provides access to our support system integrated with Jira. This allows you to post service desk issues and seek assistance. Here's how you can use it:

  1. Click on the Clickable Help Center link.
  2. You will be redirected to the Jira platform, where you can submit your service desk issues and request support.

Traxsense License Expired

If your Traxsense license is expired, the following error message will be displayed:

Click on the Ok button to return to the Login screen.

Logging Out

To exit the application, click on the User icon on the top right-hand side of the screen, the Logout button will be displayed.
